The Gluten-Freedom Protocol

Tired of Unexplained Bloating & Fatigue? It Could Be Gluten.

The Gluten-Freedom Protocol is a structured path to restoring your digestive health — 30 days of gut restoration to heal where gluten did the damage, then a body-led reintroduction so you can eat with confidence instead of fear. Built for African kitchens, developed by a Certified Gluten-Free Practitioner with a qualified Nutrition & Wellness Coach.

Inside the protocol

30 days of gut restoration meals built from everyday African ingredients, then a paced, body-led reintroduction.

Gut healing after a celiac diagnosis

Why removing gluten alone is not enough.

Most people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity are told to go gluten-free and given no guidance on the gut restoration that needs to follow. That is why so many people are still bloated, exhausted and reacting to "safe" foods months after the last slice of bread. A celiac disease recovery protocol has to do more than remove a trigger — it has to restore what the trigger damaged.

What gluten did

Your gut lining took the damage

Every gluten exposure inflames the small intestine and flattens the villi — the tiny fingers that absorb your nutrients. Gluten-induced villi atrophy is why fatigue, brain fog, low iron and bloating persist even when your plate looks perfect.

Why a diet alone stalls

Removal stops harm; it doesn't rebuild

A gluten-free diet stops new damage. It does not calm the inflammation, rebuild the lining, or tell you which foods your gut can currently handle — so the safe list keeps shrinking and eating out becomes frightening rather than ordinary.

What restoration involves

30 days of restoration, then reintroduction

A structured gut restoration programme in Kenya and across Africa, using local ingredients: 30 days of gentle, nutrient-dense meals to settle the gut, then food reintroduction after celiac — one food at a time, with a three-day observation window, so your body sets the pace.

That is exactly what this gluten-free gut restoration programme gives you: a day-by-day map from diagnosis to food freedom, plus the tracking, tips and coaching that keep you on it.

Before you join

Questions people ask before starting.

Do I need a celiac diagnosis to do this protocol?+

No. The protocol is built for anyone whose gut reacts to gluten — diagnosed celiac disease, non-celiac gluten sensitivity, or persistent bloating and fatigue you suspect is gluten-related. If you are still pursuing testing, keep eating gluten until your practitioner has completed it, then start the protocol.

Is this suitable for children?+

Yes. The meals are family-scaled, and the platform lets you create a separate profile for each family member so a child's symptoms, food log and reintroduction reactions are tracked independently. For children under five, or any child with additional medical conditions, run the plan past your paediatrician first.

I'm already gluten-free — do I still need this?+

This is the part most people are never given. Removing gluten stops the damage; it does not repair it. If you are still bloated, fatigued or reacting to foods that should be safe, the 30-day restoration phase addresses the gluten-induced villi atrophy and inflammation underneath, and reintroduction shows you which foods your gut now tolerates.

Is the food in the protocol available in Kenya and outside Nairobi?+

Yes. Every meal is built from ingredients found in ordinary Kenyan markets and supermarkets — sweet potatoes, pumpkin, butternut, local greens, plantains, eggs, fish, meat and other protocol foods. No imported speciality products are required, and the weekly shopping guide lists everything by name.

What happens after I pay?+

You receive a confirmation email immediately with your access details and step-by-step instructions for getting into the platform. From there the protocol, the daily tracking dashboard, daily tips, the WhatsApp community and your coaching booking link are all in one place.

Is this a diet plan or something different?+

It is a structured recovery programme, not a diet. A diet tells you what to remove. This walks you through gut restoration first, then a paced, body-led reintroduction so you end with a wider list of safe foods and the knowledge of how your own body responds.

Is this protocol suitable if I suspect or have diagnosed Celiac Disease?+

Yes. It is built strictly around non-diagnostic, 100% gluten-safe lifestyle restoration — structured gut restoration and paced reintroduction, never medical diagnosis or treatment.

Do I need special or expensive imported ingredients?+

No. The protocol uses accessible, local African whole foods available in standard supermarkets and markets — no imported speciality products required.

Is this a one-time payment or a monthly subscription?+

KES 8,500 ($65) is a one-time payment granting full continuous access to the platform and the protocol.

How is the 1:1 Coaching session conducted?+

Sessions are held virtually via a private video call, led jointly by a Certified Gluten-Free Practitioner and a qualified Nutrition & Wellness Coach.
