Educational content, not medical advice
The information provided on Gluten Freedom Compass — including the Food-Freedom Protocol, meal plans, recipes, articles, daily tips and any content in the member platform — is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or a substitute for the professional judgement of a qualified healthcare provider.
Always consult a qualified professional
- Do not disregard, avoid or delay obtaining medical advice from a qualified healthcare provider because of something you read on this site.
- Never adjust prescribed medication or medical treatment based on the content of this site.
- Always consult your doctor before starting any new nutrition programme, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have an existing medical condition.
- If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or local emergency services immediately.
No practitioner-patient relationship
Use of the website, purchase of the protocol, access to the platform, or reading of our articles does not by itself create a practitioner-client relationship. A formal relationship exists only once you book, pay for and attend a scheduled 1:1 consultation with Grace Kabicho.
Individual results vary
Everyone's body, gut history, diagnosis and life circumstances are different. Any outcomes, testimonials or examples on the site are personal experiences and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results.
Allergens & cross-contamination — bakery
The Gluten-Freedom Bakehouse operates a dedicated 100% gluten-free kitchen. However, some of our recipes contain other allergens (for example nuts, dairy, eggs). If you have an allergy other than gluten, always check the product description or contact us before ordering.
