Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Gluten Freedom Compass website, the Wellness Hub platform, the Food-Freedom Protocol, coaching consultations and the Bakehouse services (together, the "Services"). By using any of the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are

2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be 18 or older to buy the protocol, book a consultation, or place a bakery order.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
3. Purchases, pricing & payment
- All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include applicable taxes where stated.
- Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers; we do not store card numbers.
- Bakery orders are dispatched according to the delivery schedule communicated at checkout.
4. Refunds & cancellations
- Bakery orders: perishable goods are non-refundable once dispatched, except where the product is defective or damaged in transit.
- Protocol: because access is granted immediately after purchase, refunds are provided at our discretion. Reach out within 7 days if you have concerns.
- Consultations: may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual property — very important
All content on this website and platform, including the Food-Freedom Protocol, meal guides, recipes, shopping guides, articles, videos, images (including photographs of our founder and team), branding, logos and design — is the exclusive property of Gluten Freedom Compass and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. This means:
- You may not copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, translate, adapt, screenshot for redistribution, or otherwise exploit any part of the site or platform, in whole or in part.
- You may not use any photographs of our founder, team or bakery items — for any purpose, commercial or personal — without prior written permission.
- You may not use our brand names, logos, taglines ("Navigating your plate", "Joy in every crumb") or trade dress without prior written permission.
- You may not resell, share or grant access to the protocol or platform content to any person who has not purchased it.
- You may not scrape, crawl, mirror or use automated means to extract content from the site or platform.
Members buying the protocol receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for their own household's use only. All other rights are reserved.
6. Your content on the platform
You retain ownership of the content you enter into the tracking dashboard, journal and forms. You grant us a limited licence to store, display and process that content solely to provide the Services to you.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to breach security, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services.
- Do not upload content that is abusive, defamatory, or infringing.
- Do not misrepresent your identity or credentials.
8. No medical advice
The Services provide nutritional education, coaching and information — not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please see our Disclaimer for full detail.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gluten Freedom Compass is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Nairobi, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes on the site or by email at least 30 days in advance.
